School tours: Children starting primary school

Each year around May/June, we host school tours for families with kindergarten-aged children who plan to start school the following year. These hour-long tours are an opportunity for families to see our facilities, look into classrooms, ask questions, and get a feel for what it means to be a student at Fairfield Primary School. We limit the number of people attending each tour to eight, enabling a tailored experience where families can ask questions in a small group setting.

Our school tours, led by our principal, are in-person tours held during the school day as we believe it is the best way to see our school – and our teaching and learning – in action. While children are welcome to attend, information presented during the tour is aimed at adults.

2026 School Tour Dates

School tours for prospective Foundation (Prep) families will be held across May and June. The dates for 2026 tours will be available by the end of March 2026.
